What are your opening hours?
If you're a member, you enjoy 24/7 access to our facility.
Staffed hours:
Monday: 10.00am - 5.00pm
Tuesday to Friday: 10.00am - 7.00pm
Saturday and Sunday: 10.00am - 4.00pm
Golf lessons:
Monday: 10.00am - 2.00pm
Tuesday to Thursday: 10.00am - 7.00pm
Friday: 10.00am - 2.00pm
Do you have parking?
Yes, we have onsite parking available at the rear, clearly marked 'The Range'.
Is there a dress code?
Not at all! We just ask that you avoid wearing muddy shoes.
When should I arrive for my booking?
Please arrive 5 minutes before your session, especially if it's your first time, so we can introduce you to the system.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change. Please notify us at least 12 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.
Can I bring my children and use the simulators?
Absolutely! We are a family-run business, and we welcome golfers of all ages. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are spectators allowed?
Yes, we have seating available in each simulator bay, so your friends and family can watch.
Do you sell food and drinks?
Yes, we offer coffee, light refreshments and snacks for purchase.
IN THE BAY
Can I rent golf clubs at The Range?
Yes, The Range offers rentals for a full set or individual clubs, for left and right-handed players. Kids', women's and men's sets are all available.
Can I bring my own golf balls?
We provide real Bridgestone golf balls for every session, so there's no need to bring your own.
I'm a left-handed golfer, will this be a problem?
Not at all! All our Trackman bays are equipped for both left-handed and right-handed golfers. Bays 1 and 2 are specifically equipped with built-in cameras for face-on viewing for left-handed players.
How long does it take to play 18 holes?
For one person: 45-60 minutes.
For two people: 1.5-2 hours.
For four people: around 3 hours.
Depending on pace of play, experience level and course difficulty.
MEMBERSHIPS
How long is a membership term?
Memberships are available with a minimum term of 3 months or on an annual basis.
Can I cancel my membership?
Memberships are a minimum 3-month contract. If you wish to cancel your membership, please reach out to us at info@therangegolf.co.nz. Annual memberships are non-refundable.
Can I transfer my booking or membership?
Memberships and bookings are non-transferable, meaning the member must be present for all bookings.
How am I billed, weekly or monthly?
Weekly memberships are billed weekly. Annual memberships are billed as one upfront payment.
LESSONS & EVENTS
Do I need to be a member to take a golf lesson?
No, our golf lessons are open to everyone, whether you're a member or not.
Can you host group events?
Yes, we do! We can accommodate events for up to 50 people. Contact us for more details.
