House Rules.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask all golfers to adhere to the following rules. Please note that failure to comply may result in the cancellation of your session without a refund:

• All golfers must check in before entering the simulator bay area.
• Please ensure all clubs and shoes (non-spiked) are clean before entry.
• Golfers must only use golf balls provided by The Range in the bays to protect the hitting screens from damage.
• Only one golfer is allowed in the hitting area at any time.
• Always ensure the area is clear before swinging any clubs.
• Direct all shots towards the hitting screen.
• No "Happy Gilmore" shots.
• Handle the simulator bay equipment with care and report any issues immediately.
• Golfers are financially responsible for any damage caused to hired clubs or equipment.
• Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled session for check-in, allowing extra time for a briefing on your first visit.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for the welfare of their children. Children aged 15 and under must be supervised by a responsible adult. Unaccompanied children will not be allowed to participate and will lose their booked session.
• All bookings are subject to our Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy.
• All guests and golfers are expected to treat staff and other participants with respect.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated, and The Range reserves the right to remove any individuals violating these rules.
• Outside food and alcohol are not permitted anywhere at The Range, and food or drinks aren't allowed inside the simulator bays.

• All bookings must be made in advance, either through our website or onsite.
• Payment in full is required at the time of booking.
• All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST.
• Bookings are subject to availability.

• All bookings are non-refundable.
• To reschedule a session, you must notify us at least 12 hours in advance of your scheduled time.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will not qualify for a refund or rescheduling.

• You are responsible for ensuring that you are in good health and free from any conditions that could affect your ability to participate in our activities.
• If you have any pre-existing health conditions, please consult with a healthcare professional before participating.
• The Range reserves the right to refuse service or entry to anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

By using The Range facilities, you agree to release and hold harmless The Range, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage to you or your property resulting from your participation in our activities.
