Terms of Service | The Range

Welcome to The Range. By using our website, making a booking or purchasing products from us, you agree to the following terms.

All orders are subject to product availability.
Prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including where a product is unavailable or has been listed with an obvious pricing error. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Payments can be made using the methods available at checkout.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

We ship to New Zealand addresses unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as courier delays or severe weather.

All bookings are non-refundable.
You can reschedule a session by letting us know at least 12 hours before your booked time.
If you cancel or ask to reschedule less than 12 hours before your session, or don't turn up, the booking will be forfeited and can't be refunded or rescheduled.
If we need to cancel your session (for example, because of weather or equipment issues), we'll offer you a new time or a full refund.
All visitors must follow our House Rules and any instructions from staff. We may end a session without refund if someone behaves unsafely.

Gift vouchers can be redeemed online, in store and for bookings, and are valid for three years from the date of purchase. The expiry date is shown on each voucher.
Vouchers can't be exchanged for cash. Any unused balance stays on the voucher until it expires.
Please treat vouchers like cash. We can't replace lost or stolen vouchers.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes can't be combined with other offers and can't be applied to past orders. We may change or withdraw promotions at any time.

We aim to display our products as accurately as possible, but colours, sizes and details may vary slightly from the images shown on our website, depending on your screen and settings.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

To the extent permitted by law, The Range is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your purchase of our products, your use of our facilities, or your use of our website.

All content on this website, including images, logos and text, belongs to The Range and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes take effect when they are posted on this website.
