We want your order to reach you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about shipping with The Range.
Shipping Cost
- We charge a flat rate of $15 (including GST) per order for delivery anywhere in New Zealand, including rural addresses.
- The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Where We Ship
- We currently ship to New Zealand addresses only.
- We're unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Collect points for some larger items. If this affects your order, we'll get in touch.
Dispatch and Delivery Times
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment.
- Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 1–3 business days in the North and South Island main centres, and 2–5 business days for rural and remote areas.
- Delivery times are estimates only. Delays can occasionally happen during busy periods, public holidays or severe weather.
Tracking Your Order
- When your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Click and Collect
- You can choose free Click and Collect at checkout and pick up your order from The Range. We'll email you when it's ready to collect.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
- If your order arrives damaged or has missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of any damage, and we'll put it right.
- If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, please let us know and we'll work with the courier to find it.
Incorrect Address Details
- Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge shipping again to resend it.
